I have worked with Pat on the delivery of Career Planning for Year 10 and Interview Skills with Year 12. No matter what group and age range Pat is working with, I have always found that he totally commands the room and has the pupils in the palm of his hand. His delivery is informative and more importantly enjoyable. All my pupils have always commented that the course they have attended has been very worth while. No matter what course I am running I always ask for Pat to deliver it as I know it will be a guaranteed success!
Pat Jamison delivered 'Experience of Work' to our Year 11 students. Students and Staff were overwhelmingly positive in their reviews of the experience. I would thoroughly recommend this programme to motivate students and raise awareness of what employers want.
Pat Jamison has delivered several (in- school) programs for our pupils and they have been enormously beneficial. He has delivered a workshop on UCAS personal statements to our Yr 14 UCAS applicants and the feedback we received was excellent. The Yr 14 students themselves reported that they felt much more confident in completing their applications as a result of Pat’s clear guidance and advice. Our sixth form staff felt he offered the students a great deal of insight and expertise. They also noted Pat’s organisation and professionalism. Pat’s workshop is now an integral part of our UCAS program. I would have no hesitation in recommending Pat’s programs and workshops to any educational provider.
There are lots of CEIAG workshops out there. Pat Jamison is different because he delivers courses aimed at the students. With a shared commitment to responsible career planning as the starting point to your relationships, working with Pat Jamison has truly provided us with some great CEIAG development opportunities founded on developing their employability and career planning skills. As a result Pat has helped our students make informed career decisions through a variety of courses such as Interview Skills, Experiences of Work and UCAS Launch. I have no problem recommending him to other schools.
